Candor Financial Solutions, doing business as (dba) DataBrokerage.ai, is a deal desk for operational business data. We connect companies that own valuable business records with vetted buyers who license that data to train AI — partnering with Mode.inc as our sourcing partner to evaluate and fulfill deals.

The valuation estimator and any ranges we share are indicative only. A fixed offer is made only after we review your systems and data history, and is set out in a written agreement.

Every deal is a one-time fixed license payment. We never take equity, never charge fees, and never ask you to pay anything to work with us.

We license a copy of your records. You keep your originals and can keep operating your business exactly as before.

Referral partners are paid a commission set in a separate affiliate agreement. Referral payouts come out of DataBrokerage.ai's margin — never out of the selling company's offer.

Submitting an application or running the estimator creates no obligation on either side. Deals proceed only when both parties sign a written agreement.

When you apply, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, role, phone, website, staff size, years of records, and the tools you use. We use it only to evaluate and contact you about a potential deal.

Your application details stay with DataBrokerage.ai and our sourcing partner Mode.inc for evaluation purposes. We never sell your contact information, and we never share it with anyone outside the deal evaluation process.

If a deal proceeds, business records are transferred over an encrypted connection and licensed only for AI training. Before any data is handed to a buyer, direct personal identifiers — names, contact details, and other sensitive personal information — are removed.

Exports are copies. Nothing is deleted, moved, or altered in your own systems, and your day-to-day tools keep working exactly as they do today.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, get a copy of it, or have it deleted. Once a license term ends, buyer copies are deleted under the written agreement.
